Warm ups: Shoulder mobility along with lying on your stomach and pushing your arms up and moving the arms closer t your head and 3 rounds of: 2 min practicing free handstands, 30 sec supine plank,15 Air squats.

After this workout we should stretch our calves cos they will be hurting and also do pigeon post either on the ground of using a bench.
I think this week we will try and keep one time and see what works out. But I will make sure to mail the workout the day before.

Used 105 lbs for squat clean thrusters. This was a brutal workout.
Had steak and sauteed zucchini and sweet potatoes for dinner.
9:55 with 63lbs and only 10 DU's. Getting better at DU's but still only got 1-2 at a time. Learned today that squat clean thrusters are great training to keep core tight into the clean receiving position because starting a thruster with a wobbly core is no fun at all.

had one of the MMA fighters come over and offer me a good suggestion (keep your head up doing DU so you can breathe - as you get tired you tend to look down). Kinda of nice having other athletes around - they seem curious, but respectful of CF.

Again, I thought this workout was alot harder than it looked on paper. Need to keep focus on the double unders.
Had alot of fun in warmups doing handstands in the carpeted area. It was a firm, but forgiving surface. I think I managed my longest handstand walk yet.
