Perform a front squat after each clean

    Abs started to cramp in the last
    round and that slowed me down!

    Super disappointed on this one. Set of 3 seemed unusually hard, so I think I psyched myself out a bit.
    Metcon:
    5 Rounds for time of
    10 GHD sit-ups
    5 burpees
    20 double-unders
    Did it in about 7 minutes.
