Power Clean 93x3x5 Per Tom's advice, focused on keeping weight over whole foot (this seems to leave a lot more room to snap hips) and being fast through whole lift

Did yesterday's metcon w/ Jim and Leifur: 21, 15, 9: 36lb KB overhead swings, push-ups (alternated 2 wide elbows w/ 1 elbows tucked). Took almost 7min b/c my push-ups are so slow!!!
Did yesterdays squats and bench press.
