"Bradshaw" (5 rounds instead of 10)

5 rounds for time of:

3 Handstand push-ups
225 pound Deadlift, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders

    Fun workout! Just the right amount of hard (esp the pull-ups). Hoping it doesn't negatively impact my lifts next week...

  2. Did the 5 rounds in 14:45 mins.
    For Dead Lifts used 205 lbs, kept the rest as prescribed. This was the first time I did HSPU as part of a workout without any band assistance!!!
    I took a little time to get into the rhythm for the DoubleUnders and I ripped my hand in the 3rd round doing pull ups, but went through and finished all 5 rounds! My lats were hurting all Sunday!
