Warm up: inch worms, scorpions, pass-throughs, toy soldier march

Lifts:

1x5 Deadlift (take your time warming up) 5lbs more than last week

5x3 Power Clean 5lbs more than last week

Metcon: Tabata -- Perform Eight 20 second rounds (4 min per exercise)

*Row (4 mins / 8 rounds) -- count calories
*Box Jump

    Need to stay tight and get the lift right of the ground instead of pausing at the bottom. Am getting comfortable with Sumo style deadlift.

    Clean and Jerk:

    Stayed light on this but will start to push myself next week on the C&Js.

    Did Tabata couplet
    Rowed 880ish meters and got a total of 58 box jumps on the 24" box.

  2. Did this Wednesday. Worked up to deadlifts @ 345x5.
    Cleans:
    185x5
    165x5
    175x5
    Felt really heavy today, was pretty burnt from the last two days.
    Got 12 box jumps in the metcon, not sure about rowing.
