  1. Attempted to squat/press, had absolutely no energy.
    Squat:
    265x2-fail, winded and felt like I had nothing in the tank, dropped down just to get some work in.
    225x5x2
    Press:
    125x5x3
    Pull-ups: 12-10-6
    Little sleep and not eating much is bad for being strong.
