Make up a lift or perform the following:

Metcon: 2 on the minute for 10 minutes

-2 Clean and Jerk 80-85%
-2 burpees

If you haven't seen it, check out the documentary bigger, stronger, faster free online (also on netflix). It's a documentary on steriod use and I think all of you would enjoy it.

    Pretty challenging by the end. Really shows where your c&j weaknesses are.

    2 Clean and Jerks (165 lbs)
    2 burpees
    I barely got the complete jerk for the second rep on my 6th round, also took about a minute's break after the 6th round!! I felt beat after this workout!
    I struggled to breath properly during the jerks, which made the lifts hard!
