    100 each side. Holding plank, touch opposite shoulder with hand

  2. Did this as prescribed did it in 28 minutes....hard workout!!! The pull ups and push ups took my about 22 minutes to do and then got through the sit ups and air squats!
    Did not rip my hand this time, but the arms were tired!
    Spent a good amount of time rolling my quads and upper knee and then rolled my lats!
