Warm up: muscle up practice, handstand practice

Lifts:

1 x 5 Deadlift (take your time warming up) 5lbs more than last week

5 x 3 Power Clean 5lbs more than last week

5 rounds:

*10 Box jumps
*10 sit-ups
*6 per side dumbbell walking lunges...use about 30lbs

Stretch: deep lunge stretch

  1. Power clean 5x3 @ 185 still felt heavy so didn't increase
    Deadlifts 265x5
    Monday's Metcon with everyone in 7:40 with 35 kb which felt a little light
