FIGHT GONE BAD (11am)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. Crossfit uses a 3 or a 5 round versions. The stations are:
- Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
- Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Dropped way off after first round. I really need to address my endurance. Considering I have been laid up on my couch with low back spasms since Monday, I'll take it!
We found out we're having a girl. Crossfit games champion 2035?
Congratulations Adam! You can win along side her in the master's division. If you take care of you back.
ReplyDeleteFGB 3 rounds: 224 with 16lb wall ball, 55.5lb SDLHP/PP, 20in box.
Highlight was missing 4 wall balls in a row then getting hit in the face and finishing the workout with bent glasses.
202 with B scaling (55/16). I really wanted to break 200. Everyone did a phenomenal job. I can bring scorecards Monday at noon for anyone who missed it and wants a shot. I'll even time you. No one should miss out on the fun. I agree with you too Allie; wall ball sucks. I guess that just means I need to do more of it. Karen, here I come...
