* 10 Pull-ups
* 15 Push-ups
* 20 Sit-ups
* 25 Squats

Rest two minutes between each round. 5 rounds, time each round

  1. Did 1/2 Barbara this morning. Times were 3:12, 3:28, 4:01, 4:33, 4:31.
    Surprisingly tough workout. I think the rest makes it harder.
